Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at teesmithsupplies@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with return instructions from there. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Our policy operates alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframe above.
