Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
To start a return, contact us first at teesmithsupplies@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us — we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, contact us immediately at teesmithsupplies@gmail.com with a photo and we'll resolve it at no cost to you — replacement or full refund.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
